Our delivery service covers the whole of UK addresses, EU Countries, and rest of the world at large. Our frozen items and fresh vegetables are only available for delivery withing the United Kingdom.
We do offer “Click & Collect” for FREE to all customers from our stores or hubs closer to you if there is any.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR “CLICK and COLLECT” service is not available until further notice.
Most orders placed and paid for will be delivered the following day but on some rare occasions it may take between 2 – 5 working days (excluding weekends).
Also, we do same day delivery which attracts the condition of minimum purchase of ÂŁ6.99 respectfully. The delivery cost to the following post codes are as follows

Orders for same day delivery must be placed and paid for by 1.30pm and our delivery time is always between 5.30pm and 9.30pm. You will be notified with a text message when your delivery is on the way to you through the mobile number associated with your order.
Please note that orders placed after 1.30pm on Saturdays would be delivered on the Monday the following week for selected post codes, and on Tuesdays for the rest of UK.

Click & Collect
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR “CLICK and COLLECT” service is not available until further notice.
We do offer our customers the option of Click & Collect for no additional charges on our website. You select the Click & Collect option when checking out after placing your order on our website and collect from our store or nearest hubs to you.
Simply order by 10.30am and collect by 5pm at our nearest store the Same Day. We will notify you once your order is ready to collect. This service is most suitable for our customers living in Central Bedfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire
Alternatively, you can use our delivery option.
Privacy & Security
It is of great importance to us providing a safe and secure shopping environment for all customers, we at LilBea Foods reserves the right to use reputable security devices and systems. We ensure to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your information, including personal information.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure. While we take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee complete security.
LilBea Foods may change its policies occasionally without your notification, please check our policy page from time to time.
Returns, Refund & Replacements
It is of great importance and pride to us ensuring that our products get to you in good and perfect condition. In a situation that you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to replace any item you are not satisfied with if you come into of our local hubs closer to you, issue a full refund on the particular product(s) or issue you a voucher equivalent to the number of item(s) certified returned to use on your next shopping with us as long as the items is within our relevant cancellation period.
For all non-edible grocery products, you have 28 days to change your mind and for edible products apart from frozen and perishable items you also have 7 days to change your mind. Please be aware all products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition, also note that proof of purchase is required.
According to our Terms and Condition find below Products which are not refundable or can be returned unless faulty
The following products are not refundable unless faulty:
- Frozen foods items, for example – Frozen meat, fish, seafoods. Vegetables etc.
- Smoked food items, for example – Smoked meat and smoked fish items etc.
- Fresh and perishable goods, for example – Fresh vegetable, etc.
- Baby food
Requesting for a refund
Click & Collect – The item(s) you bought must be handed back to a member of staff and we will arrange for a refund
Online delivery – You must post back the item(s) you bought in the original condition and packaging and we will arrange a full refund back to you, also you have the option of exchanging the items or getting a refund at any of our stores closer to you.
Kindly note that we will refund your money in the same way you paid for the item(s).
- Paid with Cash: Your refund will be given in cash according to the amount you have paid for the item(s) but may be in different denominators you have paid us.
- Paid with Credit or Debit card: Your refund will go back unto the same card, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Please note that Item(s) purchased at an offer price, the refund will be based on that promotional price.
Ordering
If you have ordered online and chosen the “Click and Collect” option to collect from one of our stores or hubs, the actual store for collection will be agreed with you together with the time slot will be agreed when you place your order.
Kindly note that you will be unable to collect your order earlier than the agreed time slot at the time you place your order online.
In the situation that you arrived late for your collection; you may still collect your order as long the store is still open.
Kindly note it is our requirement that you produce the following identification whenever you are collecting your order or else, we may not be able to give the order to you
- Your Order number issued to you after you placed and made payment online, this number is highlighted on your order confirmation email
- The Bank card you have used to pay for your order
- A form of Identification with your name and address on it, example – a Driving licence
Whilst we make every effort to get your order ready for collection at the agreed time, kindly note we will not be liable in any form or way if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances or situations beyond our control.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept the following as a form of card payment

The safeguard of your information is of great importance to us that is why we take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. Our payment gateway is managed by one of the best in the market, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access. We will notify you in time to let you know if a particular item is not available for any reason after we have accepted your order. We will refund the amount for the item(s) already paid to us by way of credit to your credit or debit card.
Prices and VAT
Please note that the prices on our website are guides only. The actual price you pay will be the price charged in-store at the time your order is picked for processing. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of delivery, because the prices stated on the website may vary either above or below the prices in store on the day your order is picked and delivered.
When you visit our stores to collect your order, you may return any item and receive a full refund if you consider that the difference between the price charged and the guide price shown on our website is unacceptable to you.
Promotion
We always give customers a reason to buy as more they spend, the more they are rewarded! We ensure our customers get a great value for their money, by providing amazing deals. Some offers may be available on line but not available in store if they are out of stock; some prices may also vary compared to our online store.
